Betsy

Our little Betsy (Boo Boo) came to us in April of 2007. She came to CBR from a not too great rescue organization that had kept her in a crate in a dark garage. We estimated her age at 6 years but were never sure since she looked much older. She had a “crumpled up” right ear flap which our vet said probably came from her having a hematoma on her flap and her owners never addressing it. When the hematoma broke, her ear flap crumpled up and was to remain that way for her lifetime. We always thought it gave her character and made her even cuter than she already was. Betsy was so fun to have around and “talked” to us constantly with her little whines and grunts. She had the sweetest disposition and absolutely loved to give out kisses to everyone she met. Even though we only had her a little over 2 years, it seemed like she was always a part of our family. Along with our other two beagles, Rocket and Jackson, we will all miss her so much. She was our little girl with such a big heart and happy disposition. Goodbye Cupcake.
